Customising Your PROMS Surveys
We’re excited to introduce a new update that gives you more control and customisation when sending Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) to your patients in SurgicalPerformance.
As always, these improvements are driven by feedback from surgeons using the platform. Our goal is to make SurgicalPerformance more intuitive, efficient, and better aligned with your workflow, without adding complexity.
What’s New?
Customise which PROMS you see
You can now choose exactly which PROMS surveys are visible when adding a new case. This allows you to tailor the survey list to your practice and reduce unnecessary options.
Set your own default surveys
From your selected surveys, you can also choose which ones are toggled on by default when creating a new case.
This helps reduce the chance of forgetting to activate a survey you routinely use.
No changes if you prefer the current setup
If you don’t make any changes in Settings, nothing will change:
All survey templates will continue to appear
PROMIS and Patient Satisfaction will remain preselected by default
This update simply adds flexibility, while keeping the existing experience familiar.
How to Pre-Select Your Preferred PROMS Surveys
Follow the steps below to customise your PROMS settings:
Navigate to Profile settings from your account icon in the top right hand corner
Locate the PROMS Surveys section
Scroll down to Manage Surveys
From here, select which PROMS surveys you would like to:
Appear when adding a new case
Be toggled on by default
Save your settings
Your preferences will now be applied when creating new cases.
