After you have entered your 10 trial records you will be prompted to upgrade. If you choose to continue using SurgicalPerformance your subscription can be upgraded by following the below steps. 

You can either click on the prompt located at the bottom of the dashboard, or head to your settings page and click on subscription. Both will take you to the same place. 

Once on the subscription page you will be presented with the upgrade options. Select whichever suits you best. 

Then complete the billing information and click subscribe

Then you will be upgraded and set up to continue entering your data.
