Step 1:
Add a colposcopy record
Step 2:
Once you have completed all of the mandatory fields, you can either generate NCSR PDF straight away or save and do it from the records page later.
Step 2.1:
If you choose to generate the report at a later date, you will need to click on the colposcopy module and then find the record you wish to report on.
Step 3:
Complete the patient details and your provider details. Note, if your patient does not have a medicare number - simply leave this blank
Step 4:
A completed PDF NCSR form will be generated and downloaded to your computer (check downloads folder if it does not open automatically), simply save/print/send to the details outlined on the form.
