In SurgicalPerformance, you can only save a record if all mandatory data fields, including outcomes, are completed.

If you are still waiting on data to come through, you can SAVE the record (and it will save as incomplete; which will generate an orange record in records overview), or you can SAVE AS DRAFT and it will save your record as a draft (appearing as a red record in records overview).

In either case, you will be able to edit your entries, changing and updating data, etc.

 Completed cases are white.
