We’ve added new functionality to make PROMS management more flexible and intuitive. You can now add additional PROMS surveys to existing cases, and access survey results more easily.

1. Adding Missed PROMS Surveys
If you’ve already created a case but forgot to toggle on a PROMS survey, you can now go back and add it.
To add a missed survey:
Go to your Cases list.
Click on the 3 dots to the far right of the case and select Edit.
In the PROMS tab, toggle on the additional survey(s) you’d like to send.
Click Save to apply changes.
Important:
Surveys can only be added within their scheduled timeframe.
For example:
If a survey was designed to be sent 2 weeks after surgery and it’s now 4 weeks later, that survey can no longer be added.
This ensures survey timing remains clinically consistent with the intended recovery milestones.
2. Viewing Survey Results
Survey results now appear under the View option (previously found under Edit).
To view survey results:
Go to your Cases list.
Click on the 3 dots to the far right of the case and select View.
Scroll to the PROMS Results section to see responses and completion rates.
