How to upgrade to a premium subscription, redeem a coupon code, join an institution or activate a trainee account

Upgrade to Premium:

Upon joining SurgicalPerformance you will have a 10 case trial. In order to upgrade to a premium account follow these steps:

  1. In the top right corner of your SurgicalPerformance screen click on the drop down menu and select 'Subscription Settings'.

  2. Scroll down until you see the three account options: trial, PREMIUM and PREMIUM Yearly.

  3. Make sure you have entered card information in the 'payment information' tab before selecting the account type you want.

Redeem a coupon code (such as the AGES 50% discount):

If you are an AGES member, you are eligible for a 50% discount for your Premium subscription. In order to activate this discount follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Generate discount code" button.

  2. This will direct you to a SurgicalPerformance page and will have automatically applied the coupon code to your account

  3. You can check whether the discount has been applied by going to your settings. Here there should be a tab that lets you know you are receiving 50% off.

How to join an institution:

If your organisation or your practice has arranged for an institution subscription package, follow the steps below in order to set up your account correctly.

  1. Create a trial account. You can do so here. If you already have an account, there is no need to create a new one.

  2. Email [email protected] your name, email, and institution.

  3. We will then switch your account from our end.

How to access a trainee account:

AGES trainees are eligible for a free membership during their training. In order to access this please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a trial account. You can do so here. If you already have an account, there is no need to create a new one.

  2. Email [email protected] your name, email, and the month and year in which you will finish your training.

  3. We will then switch your account from our end.
